So let's say you're a sheriff in Arizona who's trying to do his job and keep illegals out.
Who's more likely to immigrate from MEXICO, Mexicans or someone else? I'm thinking Mexicans, and that is also what Sheriff Arpaio thought.
Logic is discrimination, just as dissent is discrimination. Heck, purple kitties are probably discrimination.
Anyway, Arpaio says he won't turn over records in this "civil rights" case because the feds haven't stated what they're looking for. (Although, since we're talking the Obama administration here, it's obvious what they're looking for: a reason to be over-PC.)
Not to mention the fact that, you know, they're completely out of line. If they find out some of the Mexicans Arpaio was "discriminating" against were Muslims, he can kiss his behind goodbye.
Best yet, they've called his actions "unprecedented." Has the federal government ever sued a state before? Have they ever sued a sheriff before? No.
This is what is known as "unprecedented."
